Numpad "." key broken for num entry
Detailed description
When using numerical entry for Grab, Scale, Rotate etc.
the numpad "." key cannot be used to add a decimal
point. Example:
I want to scale a mesh 1.5x its original size on the X
axis. I press -> S -> X -> Numpad 1 -> Numpad "." ->
Numpad 5 -> Enter
The result is that the object is scaled 15 times along
the x axis because Numpad "." is ignored. I hope this
description is sufficient.
