Contraint Track conflict with scaling
Detailed description
Objects that have been scaled in object mode display
weird behavior when under the influence of a Track To
or Lock Track constraint. The bug can be traced back to
2.23, so Probably something in the concept of Track To
that I copied over to Lock Track.
