To duplicate this problem, start with the 2.32
default .blend file. Add an empty, and make it the
parent of the cube. Then select the cube and the
empty, and duplicate them.

You will be left with two empties, one named Empty,
and the other named Empty.001. The OOPS schematic
view will correctly show only these two empties.

However, when the scene is exported to Yafray, this
happens,
