object material slots not updated for library data
Detailed description
- start with default scene.
- remove default cubes material.
- save as lib.blend
- make a new file, delete everything
- link in the "Cube" Mesh from lib.blend
- save as main.blend
- open lib.blend, add a material to the Cube.
- load main.blend
- notice material isn't assigned to the object
Reloading main.blend should update the objects matbits from the linked obdata.

I am not sure to understand the way to reproduce bug.
I can't save a mesh library without parent in an empty scene.
Fake User have no effect on Libraries datablock.
So I save linked object Cube.
Material is updated if I save lib.blend before loading main.blend.

Can't reproduce this either, main.blend shows material just fine after saving the lib.blend with cube+material. Linking only uses the data that's actually saved in the blend.
