Display update with animated nested custom ID properties

Detailed description

Follow up of: http://projects.blender.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=23980&group_id=9&atid=498

Now keyframing of nested custom ID properties works well and no crash happens anymore, however the display gets not correctly updated for the animated property.

These are the things I could spot:

- In the UILayout the property input field does not get colored after keyframed, as all other properties do.
- When switching frames the value of the animated property does not get updated in the UILayout until you hover above it with the mouse
- When removing the keyframe (with python) the keyframe will only disappear in graph editor after changing frame in graph editor

I'm not sure if this is a problem with nested ID properties or just the property window type were the property is shown. Some property window types (like scene properties) weren't redrawn at all on frame chages. I just committed a fix for this, so please check with a build after r33175 if your issues have also been fixed. Otherwise please upload a blend for easy recreation of the bug.
