The driver is not displayed in GraphEditor.
Detailed description
The driver who added to GraphEditor that it allocates two or more materials in the object, adds the texture to each material, and adds the driver to the one that is not the first material is not displayed.
It is displayed that the driver is added to the texture of the first material.

The driver is not displayed in GraphEditor though the driver is added to the texture allocated to Material.002.
When the driver is added to the texture allocated to Material.001, everything is displayed.

Reproduced.
Drivers on Material of second or third slots are only shown if there is a driver on Material of first slot.
And drivers on textures or only shown if there is a driver on material.

I think that report was closed too soon.
Only material index problem was solved.
Texture drivers are still not displayed if there is no driver on material.
But the bigger problem does not concern the display.
Drivers are not working for some datablocks (material,textures,world,scene...).
It is report 24562.

Oh, good thing you noticed! New fix committed, hopefully texture drivers should now show up properly!
