Option External in Smoke cache affects settings of start and end frame of simulation
Detailed description
In Domain settings under panel Smoke cache or Smoke High Resolution Cache activate and then deactivate option External. Start frame of simulation will jump to 300000 and end frame will drop to 1. Both fields will be disabled like smoke is already baked so to enable them you have to click on Free All Bakes.
