Detailed description
- Alt+B select an area to isolate the view
- Ctrl+R to look select & slide.
- 3D View goes blank until the operation is finished and you manually redraw the view.
Linux 64bit, NVidia gforce 6800

Confirmed on Windows 32 bit, release 32738. Also, subsequent uses of alt-B cause the wireframe to disappear even before loop cut is performed. The only way to get it back is toggle in and out of shaded view.

Was caused by faulty setting of zbuffering on in loopcut code. Fix in svn.
