Detailed description
I tried (maybe not everything) to find how to add a keyframe to Evaluation time and I started to think that it's broken. Then I found the report

downloaded the test file and tried - it works!
But I can't just simply "start" this F-Curve.
toDo:
1. change the Evaluation Time value and try to add a keyframe.
2. move the time slider
3. note that the Time Scale shows some keyframes but they are "vanishing"!

This is because the evaluation time fcurve has a generator applied but agree this gives a bad user experience.
Possibly adding a keyframe should not be allowed or it should give some warning?

Is this generator necessary from the start. Maybe it can be replaced by something on creation (like two keyframes with post acsending - if it has this function)?
Or simply give warning - "currently the Generator is substituting keyframes - delete it if you need to manually set Eval.Time"
