Detailed description
Whenever I attempt to select "Add Shortcut" from the menu that pops up from a right click, (e.g. Right Clicking on Move Modifier Up button and selecting "Add Shortcut") crashes Blender R32738. I hope this can be resolved very soon.

Hi,
I cannot redo this (tested current svn, and 2.55 release). Your attached .blend is also not complete, it uses a lot of missing library files.
Please check on our bug reporting guidelines; we need more info from you, and especially you to confirm you have an official build (and mention OS) from blender.org. Then try to create the error from scratch with default startup

Sorry for the bad file. Should I try and recreate the error with the default scene, or is it fixed?
