Export OBJ - Selection Only toggle button has the wrong default state.
Detailed description
Steps to reproduce:
1. create any blender file - default will do.
2. deselect all objects
3. export to Wavefront
The "Selection Only" button is "Off" (default)
4. Export OBJ without doing any changes.
5. Open the created OBJ file in an editor of your choice.
It is empty.
workaround: toggle the "Selection Only" button twice.
--> wrong state visualized.
