Emission settings of Particles with no physics are stuck to Previous newtonian settings.
Detailed description
ubuntu 10.04 64bits rev33073
steps to reproduce :
1) Add particle system to default cube.
2) Change default newtonian to no.
3) Change Emission end to 2 and Lifetime to 5
So you should not see paricles after frame 7.
4)Play animation.
You see particles continuing living as if emission settings was not changed.
