Summary:
Align Camera to View locks 3D Editor in Camera Perspective View
Detailed description
How to redo it:

Perform "Align Camera to View" twice (depress CTRL+ALT+NUM0 twice)

Explanation:

If you perform Align Camera to View (CTRL+ALT+NUM0) while 3D Editor is already in Camera Perspective View, you'll not be able to orbit either with mouse (MMB+Drag) or to switch to other views (Front, Top, Side) with numeric keys.
To unlock view switch to Orthographic View (NUM5) or View Selected (NUM,) or Center Cursor and View All (Shift+C).

Tested on: Win7

Blender:
Win x64 SVN r33092, my build (CMake + MSVC2008)
Linux x64 SVN r33092, my build (CMake + QTCreator)
OS:
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate, CATALIST 10.4
Linux Mint Isadora x64, proprietary ATI drivers
Hardware:
TOSHIBA Satellite L500, Pentium Dual Core T4400, 4GB DDR3 RAM,
ATI MOBILITY RADEON HD 4570
