Knife tool last operations panel doesn't cause changes even though F6 pop-up does.
Detailed description
When using the Knife tool, you can use the F6 pop-up to set the knife cut as midpoint or multicut. However, if you try to adjust these settings in the Last Operator panel of the Tool Shelf, the 3D View does not update at all.

Hi,
There seems to be a similar problem again. I hope it is ok to write this here.
- doing a knife cut on any edge of the default cube but do it when the Tool Shelf is closed
- then open the Tool Shelf and select a cut type like Midpoints for example
as result the cut has disappeared
This happens only for one time after the Tool Shelf has been opened.
