Summary:
Array Merge First Last checked causes crash when adding a circle into a mesh
Detailed description
Blender 2.55 1526_33361, WinXP Pro 32bit SP2, Pentium D 3.00 GHz, 2Gb RAM, nVidia GF 7300 GS, NVIDIA driver: 6.14.11.9621

toDo:

1. Ctrl+A - Circle
2. Set number of vertices to any other by any mean
3. crash!

Seems that it's happening due to Merge's option "First Last" checked.
Adding a UV Sphere causes the same if you'll change the first number to a higher value.

  • I can't redo this. What is version "1526_33361" ?

I fixed an error in this modifier, but that was Revision: 33013. If you compile yourself, ensure you only use default options (no extra optimize) and do a clean build too.

  • That was the build (Filicis) with addons.
Now I tried with r33409 (trunk) - moved values lower and higher.. and it's crashing when I reach 36. It means that circle's points touches array's "edges".

  • Confirmed, I moved the slider too fast. Fix goes to svn now! Thanks!
