Summary:
Ctrl+L linking to scene list does not scroll when the list is larger than screen resolution
Detailed description
Unlike most other type of list in the Blender interface, the Ctrl+L list for scenes to link to does not have a list with the filter text and scrolling ability.

For example, a screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 can only see the first 45 scenes in the list.

This is on Blender 2.55.0 Beta r32738. It has been checked on several other computers. The operating systems it has been seen on are Windows 7 Professional, Windows Vista Business.

I've included a .blend with 61 scenes in it. Try linking something from Scene to Scene.060 using Ctrl+L.
