Summary:
'Centering' the color selection by pressing 0 doesn't work with Emulate Numpad enabled
Detailed description
In general, it's difficult to quickly center the selection in the color picker (e.g. choosing pure white). Fortunately, there's a convenient hotkey for this, accessed by pressing 0. However, this only works on the keyboard 0 and not the Numpad 0. This makes life difficult for laptop users and anyone else who typically has Emulate Numpad enabled.

Possible fixes:
* Allow Numpad 0 to center the color selection in all cases.

* Allow Numpad 0 to center the color selection only when Emulate Numpad is enabled.

* Choose another hotkey or mouse operation (Ctrl+LMB?) for centering the color selection.
