Summary:
No smoke is emitted when particle system starts and ends on same frame
Detailed description
If the smoke particle emission starts and ends on the same frame, no smoke is emitted. This was useful for creating compressed smoke that would expand when emitted (I can upload a video to demonstrate if necessary).

1. Make the default cube into a smoke domain
2. Add an object, make it a smoke inflow
3. Change the emission start and end in the particle system on the object to be the same frame
4. Bake the smoke
