Hi,
I am using Blender 2.55 SVN 33733.
I noticed that if I press Alt+, over the 3D Viewport Region, it results in a popup error dialog appearing.

I wasn't very clear the key combination that caused the issue was:
ALT COMMA while over the 3d viewport
