Blender exits when you enter texture buttons

Detailed description

Open the file attached. Select the cube, it has a node material. Now in the buttons panel select Texture button to show textures and Blender exits.
I think this happens after 33796 commit. Before it just didn't show the material in the nodes but it didn't crashed.

I was about to report something like that too. The problem is located in the "Both" preview mode of the texture context.
In the default scene e.g., if you add a texture to the default cube, and then set the "Both"' mode, it will crash for sure.

I've added a GDB trace for investigation.
SVN r33802, Ubuntu 10.10 x32-64, GTX 275.

Thanks, the gdb stacktrace pointed me at a bad memory check case causes this.
Fix is in svn now, please keep testing :)
