Detailed description
OS:windows XP 64bit
Build:33889 (http://www.graphicall.org/builds/builds/showbuild.php?action=show&id=1650)
It's easy to reproduce:
Drag&Drop .py file into text editor.
console would output:'drop file xxxx',
But blender don't load it.It works before.
It works ok for .txt file.
