Precision in glare node doesn't match display
Detailed description
In the glare node, the Angle Offset is only able to be adjusted in whole degrees. The UI however shows three decimal places. The settings I used in the glare node can be seen in the screenshot but I'll also list them here for those who may not be able to see the image.

Angle Offset: 154.000 (I'm trying to set it to 154.286 but Blender won't let me get that precise.)
