Blender 2.56.0 b33949 official beta build
Win 7 x64
Nvidia GTX 480
When you use the Live Unwrap in the UV editor, the unwrap method is switched back to "Angle Based"
Steps to reproduce:
Launch Blender 2.56
open the given blend file. It contains a simple mesh that unwrap differently when using "angle based" or "conformal" algorithm.
go to edit mode
select all.
Press U -> unwrap.
Press F6 and select "conformal".
In the UV editor, select two random vertex and press P to pin them.
Select all in the UV editor.
UVs menu -> Live Unwrap.
Now try to move a pinned vertex in the UV editor.
The live unwrap continuously unwrap the mesh but using the angle based algorithm.
Now go the 3D window, press U to unwrap again the mesh
Press F6 and select "conformal"
The mesh is unwrapped using conformal algorithm and the correct location of the pinned vertex.
Now, in the UV editor, try the move one pinned vertex. and so on...
