Grease pencil strokes with "Surface" option attach erratically to curves.

Detailed description

Using grease pencil with "Surface" option active, sometimes strokes attach to curves and sometimes they don't, or attach to some splines but ignore others.

Attached an example with strokes that made it on the spline surface. Drawing other strokes over that same curve may not get attached.

(WinXP 32bits, Blender 2.5.6a r34076)

Surface and Stroke options are not working with Use Sketching Sessions.

For these settings, I can only draw a stroke and it is erased when I quit sketching sessions.

Fixed the issues noted by Ronan. These were caused by the muddled-up 3D drawing options being added to the wrong parts of the code.

Regarding the original issue: it seems that this is due to some incorrect projection issues (strokes get z values of -1000 or -2000!). Will reassign those to Campbell, who's more familiar with that stuff.
