UV Scale/Rotate/Grab break with non grid snapping.
Detailed description
- new factory settings.
- enable snap in 3d view.
- change snap from grid to vertex
- enter edit mode on the cube
- project unwrap
- Scale UVs.

... UV transform doesn't work right in any snap method besides grid is used.

    It does not work at all if snap target in 3D View is closest.

    Snapping for scaling seems to be ignore with an other snap target than closest.

    But UV editor is always vibrating .

  • Fix committed in r35616. The problem was that the selected uv-vertices weren't disregarded in the snapping, so each vert snapped directly to the neighbors that were in the same location.
