hi all!

the same error as on bug #26269 occurs when:
- duplicate keyframes with shift+d
- accept with left mouse / enter/ space
- press undo

You have to undo twice for now. The operator here was not a proper "macro", but an operator calling another operator.
Fix is svn, thanks!

Seems that the bug( duplicate keys and undo) still happens in dopesheet
