Summary:
Outliner: Click in switch visibility column affects datablocks underneath *NEED MORE INFO*
Detailed description
If the outliner window is narrow enough that datablocks extend all the way across the window and disappear behind the "Toggle visibility column", clicking on the eye symbol to toggle visibility will select any selectable object sitting 'underneath' as well as toggling visibility.

This happens both with expanded objects (if the name extends under the visibility column) and the symbols representing the children after the name of their collapsed parent.

OS: Linux (Archlinux)
CPU: 2.16GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
