Detailed description
After adding a marker in the DopeSheet, clicking on "Marker -> Delete Marker" doesn't delete it. Sometimes going into ActionEditor mode and back to DopeSheet, or switching between actions will make it work, but most of the time it doesn't...

If your mouse is in the bottom part in the editor (on the slider) the keymap options for Markers become active. (like X).
For menus it's a a weird problem... the menu item is too high, making the option fail. Will check how to tackle it well.
