Action: Rotate the selected F-Curve key by a small amount (even 0) and confirm
Result: Handle 2 moves wildly

Workaround

Move the action strip "Action.001" to frame 1
Now rotate the selected F-curve key
Works as expected

  • Fix committed in r35431, thanks for the report! The handles weren't mapped properly between nla <-> normal time, so strange things happened.
