UI value mouse-drag

Detailed description

Hey there!

Choose any numeric value in UI, press LMB and start dragging - when mouse go out the panel region value change stops working.

This happens since some recent SVN update...

My OS is Ubuntu 10.04 Linux 64bit.

Well; famous error: a fix I did last week broke this case, not the yesterday commit itself. :)
We keep tweaking, it's a complex system! Fix is in svn now.
