Hi Andrea,
This commit of last sunday:
http://projects.blender.org/scm/viewvc.php/trunk/blender/source/blender/editors/space_file/filelist.c?root=bf-blender&view=diff&r1=35653&r2=35654
Now checks for valid files on multi-select, but in library-append case that's not working.
Maybe an idea is to tag filelist items with the correct flags?
