Texture Quick Edit kicks up error when Editor can't be found
Detailed description
At the moment the Quick Edit operator kicks out a console error when the image editor can't be found. This should rather properly warn the user and tell them about actions that should be taken.
This error occurs in Windows, not sure of other OSes.
