Changing a setting to newly created object change active scene.
Detailed description
ubuntu 10.10 64bits rev35897

Keep default scene.
Create an empty scene.
Add an object to empty scene.
Press F6 or use last operator panel to change one setting of new object.
Active scene is now default scene. And object was moved to default scene.
