Detailed description

This is probably related to bug #26650, which was fixed by aligorith (thanks for that).

Pressing the "Reset to Default Theme" button in the user preferences, doesn't reset all the settings.
I've tested all settings and below are the ones not working (names are the rna names used in Python):

User Interface:
icon_file

3D View:
editmesh_active
edge_crease
edge_sharp
header_text
header_text_hi
button_text
button_text_hi
button_title
title

To reproduce:
- Alter the colour of any of the settings (or the filename of icon_file)
- Press "Reset to Default Theme"
- Old values aren't reinstated

Tested on winXP, 32 bit, RADEON X600 PRO x86/SSE2. Blender build: SVN 35850.
