I have the last version 537.42, and I saw the same problem with a 2080GTI (not the last drivers), it seems not to be drivers dependant. Here are the logs

Simply try this blend file with Blender 4.1 or the last alpha 4.0 with EEVEE Next. Tested in two PC (the second has also an RTX3090).
