Looks like as soon as any layer got merged into Outline
layer, their color would be gone.

After merging, material_index
seems to be correct from spreadsheet, but no color is showing.

Hi! @charbel , for now try to separate those two boards just a tiny bit so their faces won't overlap, that way line art won't get confused.
I'll investigate whether there can be a workaround.…
