It works when I opened up a project I was working on in Blender 3.6.1. Ok I did: Edit > Preferences > Systems > Operating System settings > make default/register and now it works, thanks!…

Grease Pencil drawing only show up when pen is lifted from tablet

Does this happen in default cube scene: when you add grease pencil object then drawing new strokes? Also check whether issue persists with annotation tool or not.

It didn't work when I tried…

I did the reset factory settings. same problem. So are you able to draw with stroke pen?
