Mark all links as 'deactivated' when opening a new item.
...
This fixes the issue of a task "ball" showing as "active", even when
navigating away to a shot.

Scroll all the way to the top when opening a shot/task.
...
This way the status bar is in view too, which is essential when loading
fails for some reason.
