There were a few unused enum values: `CU_CARDINAL` and `CU_BSPLINE`
This commit cleans them up from code as they were not used for
anything meaningful.

These existing names were unhelpful at best, actively confusing at
worst. This patch renames them to be consistent with the terms
used to refer to the values in the UI.

With this commit, curve objects support the geometry nodes modifier.
Curves objects now evaluate to `CurveEval` unless there was a previous
implicit conversion (tessellating modifiers, mesh modifiers, or the
settings in the curve "Geometry" panel). In the new code, curves are
only considered to be the wire edges-- any generated surface is a mesh
instead, stored in the evaluated geometry set.
The consolidation of concepts mentioned above allows remove a lot of
code that had to do with maintaining the `DispList` type temporarily
for modifiers and rendering. Instead, render engines see a separate
object for the mesh from the mesh geometry component, and when the
curve object evaluates to a curve, the `CurveEval` is always used for
drawing wire edges.
However, currently the `DispList` type is still maintained and used as
an intermediate step in implicit mesh conversion. In the future, more
uses of it could be changed to use `CurveEval` and `Mesh` instead.
This is mostly not changed behavior, it is just a formalization of
existing logic after recent fixes for 2.8 versions last year and two
years ago. Also, in the future more functionality can be converted
to nodes, removing cases of implicit conversions. For more discussion
on that topic, see T89676.
The `use_fill_deform` option is removed. It has not worked properly
since 2.62, and the choice for filling a curve before or after
deformation will work much better and be clearer with a node system.
Applying the geometry nodes modifier to generate a curve is not
implemented with this commit, so applying the modifier won't work
at all. This is a separate technical challenge, and should be solved
in a separate step.

As the CU_2D flag is set for nurbs, a Curve can have 2D nurbs mixed with 3D.
But the UI does not allow this mixing. It updates all nurbs to 2D or 3D when set.
So remove this specific flag for nurbs.
This may break old files, since 2D curves with mixed 3D are now set as 3D.

Currently, when a taper object is specified, the radius of the spline is
ignored. This patch adds a new option to control how the taper object
affect the effective radius of the spline. The option allow three modes
of operation:
- Override: The old method. The radius of the spline is ignored and
overridden.
- Multiply: The radius of the spline is multiplied by the taper radius.
- Add: The radius of the spline is added to the taper radius.

The "bevel_factor" for curves also applies when there is no bevel and
only extrusion. rB4e667ecef92f addressed this by moving the factor
and mapping properties to their own subpanel, but the property
descriptions still don't reflect that. This commit replaces "Bevel" with
"Geometry" for this situation. The property identifiers are not changed.
This adds support for the same custom bevel profile widget used in
the bevel tool and modifier to the geometry generation for curves.
This is expecially useful for text and 2D curves with extrusion, as
it works much better than a weld & bevel modifier combination.
It can also be useful for adding quick detail to pipe-like objects.
The curve holds the CurveProfile struct and a new "Bevel Mode"
property decides which type of bevel to build, round, object, or
custom profile.
Although curves can already use another curve to make the bevel
geometry, this is a quicker way, and it also defines the profile of
just one corner of the bevel, so it isn't redundant. It's also nice
to have the same custom profile functionality wherever there is bevel.

These were only strictly valid for texture space calculation, don't store them
since they should not be used after that. Only store a flag to indicate if the
auto texture space has been evaluated.
In the future it might make sense to store bounding boxes at the mesh level to
speed up bounding box computation for multiple objects using the same mesh, but
then it will need to be implemented differently.
The old layout of `PointerRNA` was confusing for historic reasons:
```
typedef struct PointerRNA {
struct {
void *data;
} id;
struct StructRNA *type;
void *data;
} PointerRNA;
```
This patch updates it to:
```
typedef struct PointerRNA {
struct ID *owner_id;
struct StructRNA *type;
void *data;
} PointerRNA;
```
Throughout the code base `id.data` was replaced with `owner_id`.
Furthermore, many explicit pointer type casts were added which
were implicit before. Some type casts to `ID *` were removed.

While fix in dependency graph for those is trivial, adopting underlying
code to become aware of animated settings is quite a rabbit hole: there
are non-obvious hidden inter-dependencies between settings, which are
especially tricky for NURBS.
For until we have more dedicated time for this disabling animation.
The goal is to prevent assignment of temporary or evaluated meshes
to objects from the main database.
Majority of the change is actually related on passing reports around.
On a positive side there are more error prints which can become more
visible to scripters.
There are still possible further improvements in the related areas.
For example, disable user counting for evaluated ID datablocks when
assignment happens. But can also happen later on as a separate
improvement.
