ffacce5be4 UI: Properties editor popover and outliner sync
This adds a popover to the properties editor. Currently the only setting
is for controlling outliner to properties syncing.

Because we cannot define a perfect heuristic to determine when
properties editors should change tabs based on outliner icon selection,
we need an option to enable or disable this behavior per properties
editor.

There are 3 options for controlling the syncing. Auto uses the heuristic
to only allow tab switching when a properties editor and outliner share
a border. On and off enable and disable syncing respectively.

0e47e57eb7 Outliner: Properties editor sync on selection
When outliner datablocks are selected, switch to the corresponding tab
for that datablock in properties editors. Only properties editors
that share an edge with the outliner will change tabs.

Additionally, when modifiers, constraints, and shader effects are
selected from the outliner, the panel will be expanded in all properties
editors.

7c633686e9 Property Search: Find results in all tabs
This patch enables property search for all tabs in the property editor.
To make interaction faster, if the editor's current tab doesn't have a
result, the current tab changes to the next tab that has a match.

This patch implements basic code that only searches panels.
While we could run the existing "single tab" property search for every
tab, that would also do everything else related to the layout pass,
which would be less efficient, and maybe more complicated to maintain.

The search match status for every current tab of the property editor is
stored in a runtime bitfield and them displayed later by dimming icons
in the tab selector panel to the left. Using `BLI_bitmap` properly in
the runtime struct required moving it to `buttons_intern.h` and
adding a small API to access the search filter instead.

To make sure the editor isn't influenced by anything that happens while
building the layout for other tabs, most of the context is duplicated
and the new search is run in the duplicated editor.

Note that the tool settings tab works slightly different than the other
tabs, so I've disabled searching it for this commit. That would be a
relatively simple improvement, but would just require a bit of
refactoring of existing code.

6f3c37a3ff UI: Move properties tab list creation from RNA to editor
This is a change I pulled from the property-search-ui branch,

It is also an improvement to have this fundamental code to the

51b796ff15 Remove Blender Internal and legacy viewport from Blender 2.8.
Brecht authored this commit, but he gave me the honours to actually
do it. Here it goes; Blender Internal. Bye bye, you did great!

* Point density, voxel data, ocean, environment map textures were removed,
as these only worked within BI rendering. Note that the ocean modifier
and the Cycles point density shader node continue to work.
* Dynamic paint using material shading was removed, as this only worked
with BI. If we ever wanted to support this again probably it should go
  through the baking API.
* GPU shader export through the Python API was removed. This only worked
for the old BI GLSL shaders, which no longer exists. Doing something
similar for Eevee would be significantly more complicated because it
uses a lot of multiplass rendering and logic outside the shader, it's
  probably impractical.
* Collada material import / export code is mostly gone, as it only worked
for BI materials. We need to add Cycles / Eevee material support at some
  point.
* The mesh noise operator was removed since it only worked with BI
material texture slots. A displacement modifier can be used instead.
* The delete texture paint slot operator was removed since it only worked
for BI material texture slots. Could be added back with node support.

* Not all legacy viewport features are supported in the new viewport, but
their code was removed. If we need to bring anything back we can look at
  older git revisions.
* There is some legacy viewport code that I could not remove yet, and some
  that I probably missed.
* Shader node execution code was left mostly intact, even though it is not
used anywhere now. We may eventually use this to replace the texture
nodes with Cycles / Eevee shader nodes.

* The Cycles Bake panel now includes settings for baking multires normal
and displacement maps. The underlying code needs to be merged properly,
and we plan to add back support for multires AO baking and add support
to Cycles baking for features like vertex color, displacement, and other
  missing baking features.

* This commit removes DNA and the Python API for BI material, lamp, world
and scene settings. This breaks a lot of addons.
* There is more DNA that can be removed or renamed, where Cycles or Eevee
are reusing some old BI properties but the names are not really correct
  anymore.
* Texture slots for materials, lamps and world were removed. They remain
for brushes, particles and freestyle linestyles.
* 'BLENDER_RENDER' remains in the COMPAT_ENGINES of UI panels. Cycles and
other renderers use this to find all panels to show, minus a few panels
that they have their own replacement for.

897e97f078 ID-Remap - Step one: core work (cleanup and rework of generic ID datablock handling).
This commit changes a lot of how IDs are handled internally, especially the unlinking/freeing
processes. So far, this was very fuzy, to summarize cleanly deleting or replacing a datablock
was pretty much impossible, except for a few special cases.

Also, unlinking was handled by each datatype, in a rather messy and prone-to-errors way (quite
a few ID usages were missed or wrongly handled that way).

One of the main goal of id-remap branch was to cleanup this, and fatorize ID links handling
by using library_query utils to allow generic handling of those, which is now the case
(now, generic ID links handling is only "knwon" from readfile.c and library_query.c).

This commit also adds backends to allow live replacement and deletion of datablocks in Blender
(so-called 'remapping' process, where we replace all usages of a given ID pointer by a new one,
or NULL one in case of unlinking).

This will allow nice new features, like ability to easily reload or relocate libraries, real immediate
deletion of datablocks in blender, replacement of one datablock by another, etc.
Some of those are for next commits.

A word of warning: this commit is highly risky, because it affects potentially a lot in Blender core.
Though it was tested rather deeply, being totally impossible to check all possible ID usage cases,
it's likely there are some remaining issues and bugs in new code... Please report them! ;)

9d567dd366 This commit addresses the somewhat weak handling of stackless textures in Blender with default (BI) renderer. To do so, it's defining an "other" texture context, and when in this one, it switches to using the "new shading" texture handling already known with Cycles engine.
So now, in the new "other" tex context, you can (depending on active data) have direct access to modifiers', force's or brushes' textures...

I also refactored a bit how texture contexts are handled (once again, we had some quite similar code in both space_buttons and RNA sources). This should also solve some harmless glitches like "no texture context selected in UI" sometimes when you remove data related to current texture (see e.g. after removing the material from default cube, in startup scene).

This usage of two different systems for textures, and the handling of switches between them, has been a bit tricky to get working right, but it is OK now I think. I also had to add a bool flag to buttons space, SB_TEX_USER_LIMITED (use_limited_texture_context in RNA), which indicates "new shading" texture code whether it has to ignore materials, lamps etc. (BI) or not (Cycles).

Btw, pinned textures from modifiers/force/etc. were also broken (showing nothing), now it should work too.

Thanks to Brecht for reviewing.
