c0bd240ad0 LibOverride: Add initial support for adding new NLA tracks.
Also makes NLA tracks and strips overridable.

User can either edit existing strips in existing NLA tracks (but not add or remove them), and/or add new NLA tracks after those comming from the linked data.

Most of the work was as usual checking operators and adding protections against illegal operations in override context.

Note that since we can only rely on indices to deal with local added tracks, we forbid any local track being before any linked/original track.

50919413fe NLA: Fix strip Sync Length moving animation data
Change the way Sync Length works so that it keeps keyframes at the same
key as before the sync. Now when the user exits tweak mode, the overall
NLA result is unchanged.

91694b9b58 Code Style: use "#pragma once" in source directory
This replaces header include guards with `#pragma once`.
A couple of include guards are not removed yet (e.g. `__RNA_TYPES_H__`),
because they are used in other places.

This patch has been generated by P1561 followed by `make format`.

13b10ab852 Fix/refactor foreach_id handling of animdata.
Now callbacks for animdata, nla strip and fcurve are in their own proper
BKE files (mimicking `foreach_id` callback of `IDTypeInfo`).

This commit also fixes some missing handling of ID pointers (text ID and
IDProperties of script fcurve modifier...).

0767f95a63 Sound: Fix queries of sound info
A lot of areas were querying sound information directly using audio handle
which does not exist on an original sound IDs.

This change basically makes it so it's possible to query information about
given sound ID, without worrying about whether it's loaded or not: if it is
needed to load it first it happens automatically (no automatically-opened
handles are left behind though).

While this seems a bit extreme to open files on such queries it is still
better than the old situation when all sound handles were opened on file
load, no matter if it's needed or not. Besides, none of the changed code
paths are performance critical, just handful of tools.

ae72a9206e Fix T46163: NLA properties with drivers aren't displayed as having drivers
While such drivers will generally get evaluated too late to be of much
use during animations, it can still be useful to allow using drivers to
control a whole bunch of NLA strip properties (i.e. syncing NLA strip
timings via a single property/control).

Keyframe insertion however is still not allowed on these properties
(and an error message will now be displayed when trying to do so,
instead of silently failing), as it is useless.

097801e701 NLA: Shift-Tab toggles tweakmode AND makes that track solo
To help make it more convenient to edit stashed actions, Shift-Tab
(i.e. holding down the Shift key, which "tabbing" into tweakmode as
usual to edit the action referenced by the active NLA strip) now flags
the NLA Track that the strip occupies as being "solo" too.

This allows you to use the NLA to select a stashed action, then Shift-Tab
to start editing it without any other actions in the NLA stack interfering.
Like the "Next/Previous Layer" tools in the Action Editor, this is designed
to help with checking on stashed actions.

68c3b6350a NLA Editor: Duplicate/Duplicate Linked
This commit changes the default strip duplication behaviour (Shift-D) so that it will
create a copy of whatever action it uses. Previously, it was very hard, if not impossible
in some cases to create a new copy of an action to start working on in the NLA.

If you want the old behaviour, you'll need to use ALt-D (Linked Duplicates).

(Note: Although the new Shift-D may not be so optimal in all cases, I've decided to go
with this version since it aligns better with the way this works for objects. Doing the
opposite for NLA would just have added to the confusion)

022e815fbd Sound clip NLA Strips for Nexyon
These are basically just for specifying when a speaker should fire off
it's soundclip, and as such, many NLA operations are irrelevant for
it. They can only be specified on object-level for speaker objects.

I've still got some UI tweaks I'll need to work on in order for these
to be able to be added even when the speaker doesn't have any NLA
tracks yet. (EDIT: while typing this, I had an idea for how to do
this, but that'll be for next commit). In the mean time, you'll need
to add a single keyframe for the object, snowflake that action and
delete the NLA strip before you can start editing.

c46a955ee0 Assorted animsys fixes/tweaks:
* Fixed all the dangerous code added in 27907. Using the code there, scripters could corrupt animation files in ways which would render them useless, with channels not appearing in any animation editors, and others not getting evaluated at all.

* Partial fix of bug 21818, by disabling destructive replacement of keyframes. Will followup this commit with a more comprehensive commit which gets rid of the rest of the problems, by incorporating some requests from Durian team.

* Fixed problems with users being able to see+edit the name of the active Keying Set in the Scene buttons. There is still a bug though with the list widget given how the indices are now interpreted...

ac38eba721 NLA Editor: Sync Action Extents with Referenced Range

0f4fd4f5b1 NLA - Auto-Blending + 'Smarter' Extend Behaviour
* Auto-blending (blend in/out values get determined based on 'overlaps' of strips) now occurs after transforming strips. Where islands (continuous chains of strips) occur, only the ones on the ends of the islands will get or contribute to auto-blending.

* Extend modes (other than 'nothing') now get automatically determined (after transforms) so that moving strips will no-longer cause problems.

* Added a new option to hide influence curves in NLA. Also, made the line widths for these curves narrower, since the old setting was too ugly.

* Pose copy/paste buffer now gets freed on exit

66a81a4062 NLA SoC: Names for NLA Strips
In order to be able to better identify NLA Strips (and to reduce the complexity of the text on them), I've implemented a name property for the strips. The names are made to be unique within the AnimData block the strip comes from, though this may not always happen if not enough relevant context info is present to validate this.

be5293d3ad NLA SoC: Influence/Time properties for strips can now be animated

TODOS:
* animation editors don't show these keyframes yet
* the buttons don't change colour yet to reflect this state. How to do this efficiently?
* allow keyframing of these in more places
* more robust UI handling for this.

1586570261 NLA SoC: More work on Meta-Strips
* Added several API functions for Meta-Strips editing. One of these (flush transform) still needs a few tweaks before it does its job well enough for all cases.

* Meta strips are now drawn with a purple-ish colour. The start/end points of the strips they encompass are shown with lines along the length of the strips, with lines starting from the top indicating start-points and lines starting from the bottom indicating end-points.

* Meta strips can be made (i.e. strips can be assigned to meta-strips) by selecting some strips and pressing Shift-G.
Meta strips can be removed by selecting some meta-strips and pressing Alt-G.

* Strips can now be 'snapped' to start from: the current frame, the nearest frame, the nearest second, or the nearest marker; using the Shift-S hotkey.
'Islands' of adjacent selected strips occurring in the same track are moved together as a single strip so that the start-point of the first strip is on the sepcified time, but all the relative lengths of strips stay the same. Internally, temporary meta-strips are created to facilitate this.

f87fcde686 NLA SoC: Start of 'Meta' Strips
Refactored the backend code/API's to support 'meta' strips (i.e. strips containing other strips). These have been implemented to be nested to 'unlimited' depths (in terms of common usages that is, though there is a very remote chance of stack-overflow in theoretrical evil cases only that shouldn't ever be encountered in production).

This paves the way for implementing the necessary tweaks needed for the transform code (in addition to some cool user-level tricks)

b4acd77526 NLA SoC: Big Commit - Restored NLA-Mapping Corrections
In TweakMode, the keyframes of the Active Action are now shown (and can be edited) in NLA-mapped time, with appropriate corrections applied when editing. This works in the DopeSheet and Graph Editors :)

To do this, got rid of the old wrappers/API-methods, replacing them with new-style ones. A few methods previously (in this branch) used only for evaluation are now used for this purpose too. As the same code is used for editing + evaluation, this should now be much better to work with.

I've only done a few brief tests now, but I think I might've muddled the invert-flags on one or two cases which I'll need to check out tomorrow. So, beware that there may be some weird and critical bugs for the next few days here...

Also, added proper license headers to new NLA files.
