We already have different storages for cddata of verts, edges etc.,
'simply' do the same for the mask flags we use all around Blender code
to request some data, or limit some operation to some layers, etc.
Reason we need this is that some cddata types (like Normals) are
actually shared between verts/polys/loops, and we don’t want to generate
clnors everytime we request vnors!
As a side note, this also does final fix to T59338, which was the
trigger for this patch (need to request computed loop normals for
another mesh than evaluated one).

This is often invalid, outdated or misleading
especially when splitting files.
It's more useful to git-blame to find out who has developed the code.
See P901 for script to perform these edits.
Need to use the 'use_partial_connect' option in island connect,
so changed signatures of various functions to pass that into and
then down from BM_mesh_intersect (making true for intersect, false
for boolean).
Then fix bm_face_split_edgenet_partial_connect to work when
input edges are not necessarily wire, but at least not in the
face they are being connected in. That caused generalization
of core BM_vert_separate_hflag_wire (which is only used in
this one place in all Blender).
Use expanded names for bmesh primitive operations
(urmv jvke semv jfke).
Use 'bmesh_kernel_' prefix,
these functions aren't intended for wide use so favor readability.
Remove BM_face_vert_separate,
it wasn't used and only skipped step of finding correct loop of face.
When the loop region passed in had no loops to edge-split from,
it was assumed nothing needed to be done.
This ignored the case where loops share a vertex
without any shared edges.
Now BM_face_loop_separate_multi behaves like BM_face_loop_separate.
Fixed error where faces remained connected by verts in BM_mesh_separate_faces.
Just return the face or NULL, like BM_edge_exists(),
Also for BM_face_exists_overlap & bm_face_exists_tri_from_loop_vert.
No functional changes.
Old code did some partial overlap checks where this made some sense,
but it's since been removed.
Radial append/remove had swapped args and *slightly* different behavior.
- bmesh_radial_append(edge, loop)
- bmesh_radial_loop_remove(loop, edge)
Match logic for append/remove,
Logic for the one case where the edge needs to be left untouched
has been moved to: `bmesh_radial_loop_unlink`.
