Adds full frame implementation to "Displace", "Crop", "Flip", "Plane Track Deform", "Corner Pin", "Movie Distortion", "Lens Distortion" and "Map UV" nodes. The other nodes in "Distort" sub-menu are implemented separately in other commits. No functional changes. Part of T88150.
