Campbell Barton 900b7127eb UV Snap: minor uv-nearest optimizations
- Pass in the snap distance
  (to avoid comparisons in the multi-object version).
- Loop directly over BMLoop's (without using the iterator).
- Use squared distance instead of manhattan.
