Broken: 3.3.0
Worked: 3.0.1

Short description of error
Exporting as FBX sets framerate to 0.00, does not export animation as expected. The first frame looks correct, but after that the animation is unrecognizable. Looks like all keyframes are lost?
Directly importing .blend file has the same results (i.e. Framerate 0.00, incorrect animation)

ImportFBX Errors:
Framerate was set to 0.00, it's been reset to 1.0.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Create Armature, create Action (any simple animation)
Export as FBX
Try importing to Unity, or viewing in FBX Review
