Short description of errordownloaded 3.3 version lag so I uninstalled reinstalled and the new veiwport file location ans=d edit location not showing whole screen shifted to the left
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

new downloaded 3.3 version on viewport is shifted to the left so it reads only half of the render drop down and completely leaves out file and edit , I've tried to reinstall

Until the bug is fixed you can slide the header over by using Middle-Click + drag like other areas of the UI.
