Short description of error
Boolean slice mistake picture.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Make sure picture match correct of cube object. I was really confused many years ago.
I figure so hard and I found why.

This is simply because it's using Blender's internal icons and there's no such an icon for the slice option. Maybe we could have the interface guys take a look at the icon but it might not get added since internally it's not appearing anywhere on the interface (although it's a built-in add-on)

Related icons are just these:
