Broken:
Blender 2.81 2019-10-09-22
Worked: (optional)

Sun color not adjustable , sun size difficult to adjust,(allways to big). Seems to be the same addon as for 2.79 without any changes to 2.8,

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).

Seems in 2.8, I dont even get the panel to adjust settings (after creating the world), checking...

Sorry, was on a wrong commit hash, to me this seems to be working fine...

Cant really comment on "Sun color not adjustable , sun size difficult to adjust,(allways to big)", I can adjust the sun color, sun size can be controlled with the first colorramp after the normal Node that controls the sun direction...
So to me this does not look like a bug (unless you can explain better what exactly is not working here -- and what you are doing exactly to reproduce that it is not working...)
