i want to use roblox and sims rigs but everytime i open them it opens but the model and rig isnt there and i doesnt say on the side that is there and a message pops up saying error

There is a warning at about 0:10 in the video saying "File written by newer blender binary". Try updating blender first and see if it works : https:*www.blender.org/download or get the alpha build at https:*www.builder.blender.org/download.
