Short description of error
I am trying to make a scene with the city of San Francisco in Blender 2.81 and in the process of importing the buildings on the map, every time I clicked "Import" it kept showing "HTTP Error 502: Bad Gateway." I know that this is just a network issue but I tried waiting for a couple of days and seeing if it fixed but it never did. Is there any way to fix it? I posted the files that I have used in this project. the .zip file is the addon that I used and the picture is the overlay png of the city.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
